Bob's Fight against Cancer

Bob – a friend of mine has been working in Radiation Therapy /Oncology for more than 15 years. He has seen scores of of his client’s battle cancer.

On one occasion I visited Bob in his place of work. Bob gave me a tour of Radiation Therapy / Oncology Department. I saw firsthand how cancer affects the human body. Everyone should visit the Oncology Department and learn about the effects of smoking, and cancer can do to you.

A few years ago Bob took up running. He says it has changed his life for the better. Now he is thrilled to combine his two passions, running and a cure for cancer.

Bob joined the local chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. Their purpose is to organize marathons to raise money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

If you can you help him with this cause. He is asking donations be made online to help him with this. For more information I have a link on my page to Bob’s blog under the links area of this page.

I am a supporter of Bob’s endeavor to run to find a cure for leukemia. I hope you to will support Bob.
